Who we are

AI Rap Video is an independent AI video tool at airapvideo.cc, operated by airapvideo.cc. Contact: support@airapvideo.cc.

Accounts and visits

We store the name, email address, securely hashed password or linked sign-in account, and session information needed to operate your account. Session cookies keep you signed in. Google Analytics 4 collects usage information such as pages, approximate region, device and referrer; you may block analytics using your browser settings. Contact emails are used to answer and record your request. We do not sell personal data.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and navigation through heatmaps and session replays. Clarity reconstructs interactions from page information rather than recording your camera or microphone. We mark uploaded-photo areas, generated-video results, topic inputs and account content for masking, and do not send account IDs or email addresses through Clarity's identification API. The recorder is not loaded on direct visits to sign-in, account or admin pages; private content is masked when reached from a recorded page. Clarity cookie use depends on applicable consent signals and its project settings; this integration does not automatically grant consent. You can block analytics using your browser's tracking controls. See Microsoft's privacy statement.

Photos, audio and video

Selecting a file stays on your device until you submit a generation request. On submission, your files and settings are sent to our server and SEE API to create the video. Upload only content you have permission to use, featuring consenting adults. Optional audio and performance clips are processed as generation references. When you choose to keep your original recording, the generated video and your uploaded recording are also sent to fal.ai to combine them into the final video soundtrack.

Temporary reference files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Provider access uses signed links valid for one day; the bucket schedules temporary references for deletion after one day. Processing copies held by the AI provider are subject to that provider's retention practices. We do not promise deletion of provider-held copies within one day.

Generated download links are shown for up to seven days and may expire earlier at the provider. Download promptly. Your account retains task settings, status, credit activity and order history for service operation and support. An unsent sign-in draft, including selected files, may be kept in your browser for up to one hour.

Payments

Stripe handles payment details. We keep order identifiers, amounts, currency, status and purchased credits; we do not store full card details.

Your requests

For access, deletion, privacy or takedown requests, email support@airapvideo.cc. We usually reply within two business days. We may retain records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or payment reconciliation. We never ask for passwords, card details or identity documents by email.
